I had ascaris worm found in stool, on which on was suggested noworm, but mistakingly instead of taking 1 table & another after 15 days, I took it continuously every 15 days gap (total 4 tablet in 2 month with 15 days gap), now 1) waking in night with breathlessness for 30 sec 2) disoriented mind 3) heart rate increased I done ecg, echo, 24 hour holter, x ray, pft lung test, blood test, lft test, thyroid test, evenly everything came normal should it would be reason for my problem, and what precaution/remedy should I do to deneglify theb over dose effect.

if all the reports you mentioned are normal then the symptoms you are having could be stress-related, as you missed the dose.
Please relax, repeat the stool test and wait until the results, try not to assume worst.

YOu have erectile dysfunction and it can be due to amitriptyline and you need to stop it . In your young age the irritable bowel need to be controlled with meditation and yoga instead of medication as it is mostly due to psychological problem
