Ok first of all do not take stress,
do the following:
1. Stop antibiotics immediately, for chlamydia there are different set of antibiotics that you need, do not self prescribe antibiotics else your body will get resistance to antibiotics of that specific salt.
2. Get your self tested for chlamydia, the test name is NAAT or you can also get tested for a STD panel tests that will have series of tests to check on other STD types that you may have encountered.

Hello, you may have undergone a blood culture test and if the chlamydia is streaming in the blood in cases of chronic infection systemic infection in immunocompromised people, then it can very well be detected in blood as well. Regards.
