Until recently, testing patients for chlamydia and gonorrhea involved collecting samples from the cervix or urethra and sending them for cultures. An alternative to cervical or urethral cultures is nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) that can be performed on urine samples.

Yes, these can take years to develop. They can usually be detected by serological tests i.e antibody tests which will be positive even if there are no symptoms.

Hi lybrate-user. Cost of such package will be around be around 5000 depending the which lab you choose. However these are not very serious issues and you can take a treatment for them even if you have a doubt. No need to get it tested just like that. Though it is totally your choice.

Hello sir. Good to know that your hiv is under control. You will need to continue to take art as long as you live, as of now. In future if any cure is found that will be a game changer. There are better options than viraday now. As long as your vl is undetectable and cd4 is in the normal range the ois remain under check and also non oi conditions. However aids has 4 stages depending upon s/s. It will be better if you consult an hiv Dr. of your choice to know more details, please. Thanks.

ensure you have fully recovered from chickenpox. Returning to physical activities too soon can delay healing and increase the risk of complications.
Medical clearance:
obtain medical clearance from your doctor before resuming intense physical activities like table tennis. They can assess your overall health and guide...more

Well yes new studies have shown that condom doesn't protect against hiv, soo if the person is hiv positive then you have a higher risk of having hiv infection, do test after 90 days ,visit a virologist that will be better for u, don't be anxious there is treatment available now so nothing to worry about it,

Hello sir. I would highly recommend you to consult an hiv Dr. of your choice to get proper guidance in this complex question. No spl Dr. will just tell you to take this or that drugs without a proper consultation and prescription as per government's guidelines. Thanks for understanding.

Hello-
although the risk is low, you can get a sexually transmitted infection (sti) often used instead of a sexually transmitted disease (std) from kissing. Herpes, cytomegalovirus (cmv), human papillomavirus (hpv), and syphilis may spread through active lesions (i.e. Cold sores) or saliva.
