Asked for female, 70 years old from Visakhapatnam

Last 2 months back she had chicken pox coming then cure sir after she has got urine problem she can't go to bathroom 15 minutes gap continuously urine sir she can't go to bathroom total she cloths wetting in urine some times urine on bed she can't stop urine and she can't go to bathroom when she go to bathroom in middle way urine on floor she has bp and sugar sir please give good medicine sir thanking you sir.

She might be suffering from neuropathy which is causing her urinary incontinence. Her neuropathy could have been resulted due to poor blood sugar control, varicella infection in the past, b12 deficiency due to medicines, etc. Needs to rule out the cause of her problem and her treatment will be based on that.

Hi, pls don't use clobeta gm. It is worsening your rash. Use micogel twice a day for 2 weeks. Keep your skin dry. Wear loose, breathable fabrics. Avoid friction, moisture, sweat in the affected area.

Acyclovir800 four times a day after food for ten days at least.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Montex lc.
Acyclovir ointment on blister n scab.
It is a contagious disease be careful.
Use of neem leaf a bunch to control itch is best.
If want to bath use neem water in normal water. Be quick to bath. Not to rub, soak after bath.
