For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

तैलीय त्वचा के लिए मुल्तानी मिट्टी में दही और पुदीने की पत्तियों का पाउडर मिला कर उसे आधे घंटे तक रखा रहने दें, फिर अच्छे से मिलाकर चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं। सूखने पर हल्के गर्म पानी से धो दें। यह तैलीय त्वचा को चिकनाई रहित रखने का कारगर नुस्खा है।
सेब को छीलकर पेस्ट बना लें। इसे चेहरे व गर्दन पर लगाएं। 20 मिनट बाद हलके गुनगुने पानी से चेहरा साफ कर लें। सेब एएचए (अल्फा हाइड्रॉक्सी एसिड) का बेहतरीन स्रोत होता है, जो त्वचा को टोन करता है। उसे मुलायम और कांतिमय बनाता है।

-drinking plenty of water
-avoiding sun exposure/or use sunscreen
-avoiding/reducing oily food
-consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables
-apply lemon juice weekly once
-apply butter milk cream alternate day apply beriberis vulgaris q- 5 drops in 2 spoon of water and apply it over face.
