Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse.

Hello, I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger
