Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. With your current weight your bmi is 26.15 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), which means there is an excess of almost 7 kgs. However, your blood glucose is very well controlled, which really good. Weight reduction is a tough task. However, you may consider increasing the time spent on exercises. Hi, height of 5 feet 11 inches is about 180 coms. If you are 156 cms that is only 5 feet 1.5 inch. You need to recheck and confirm. Ideal body weight for an indian man is height in cms - 100, whatever answer you get that number of kgs it should be.

1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals.
