Hello
Ideally take fruits like apple, pear, guava on empty stomach with green tea or as mid meal snacks.
Don't take fruits with meals as fruits are rich in fibers which hinders the absorption of foods in the intestines.
Thank you

Take a break and try again in 30 minutes if possible—or for the next snack or mealtime. It's possible a toddler won't eat because they aren't hungry as often as you expect them to be. Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and healthy lifestyle.

Only if you are hungry after your lunch have the afternoon snack. If not then skip it.
For many it so happens that, if they skip the snack in between meals, then they are extremely hungry for dinner. They then over eat that meal which is not good for the body. Keep a maximum gap of 4 to 5 hours between meals.
