I would suggest that though good treatments are available, go for termination if diagnosis at 13 weeks is confirmed. Get a second opinion through ultrasound to diagnose AVSD at 13 weeks.

If the baby is on bottle fed it is a cause and the foods you give him also can cause this . Check his food and o not bottle feed and feed with a spoon

Give him paracetamol 175 mg 6 to 8 hourly. If fever is due to simple viral infection, it should be cured in 4 to 6 days. Even then get him checked properly by pediatrician to assess cause of fever n tt accordingly.

Yes, you can give. These vaccines provide better immunity according to latest literature. Usually these Vaccines have few mild side effects mainly fever which subside on medication. Serious side effects are very rare.
