Its is a highly contagious infection caused by the varicella zoster virus. Although uncomfortable, most people recover within 1-2 weeks.
Chickenpox is infectious from 2 days before the spots appear to until they have crusted over, usually 5 days after they first appeared.
It happens for once in life time

If the igg is positive but the igm is low or negative, then it is likely that the person had an infection sometime in the past. The result may represent the chicken pox you got.

Two types of herpes viruses can lead to serious eye problems. One also causes cold sores, and the other also leads to chickenpox. Neither is the same strain that causes genital herpes. Shingles is caused by the varicella-zoster virus — the same virus that causes chickenpox. Because of this, shingles is also known as herpes zoster. But the virus that causes chickenpox and shingles is not the same virus responsible for cold sores or genital herpes, a sexually transmitted infection.

I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belong...more

You can’t suffer from chicken pox twice. Either now it was not pox or the previous attack. And once you suffer pox, you don’t need to be vaccinated. As it can never happen again.

Hello and welcome to Lybrate. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Do not use alcoholic drinks for one month at least after the chicken pox recovery. I suggest you to stop alcohol completely and I can help you on that.
You can contact me for further advice and treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
