I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Chickenpox spots can also leave scars – even if you don't scratch at the itchy red spots, you may still experience scarring that looks like dark spots or marks on your skin. These scars may fade over time, usually over the course of 6 to 12 months, though some people may experience permanent scarring.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Chickenpox rarely leaves any permanent scars unless the sores become badly infected or your child repeatedly picks off the scabs. However, normal chickenpox can leave temporary marks on the skin that take 6 to 12 months to fade.

Madam, the scabs will fall off automatically, in the mean time you can try applying lactocalamine solution over the scabs using small cotton ball, this will not help to remove your scab but will soothen your skin and lesions. Do not rub or try to remove scabs manually it will result in permanant scarring.

Yes it is quite possible. Although shingles and chickenpox are caused by the same virus, they are not the same illness. chickenpox is usually a milder illness that affects children. shingles results from a reactivation of the virus long after the chickenpox illness has disappeared. The chickenpox virus stays in the body even after recovery. So it is quite possible to spread chicken pox to a person who has never had it, as he has no immunity for the virus. Please note:

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
Wear full sleeves shirt.
Use umbrella when going in sun.

Hi lybrate-user
sorry to listen that you have got chicken pox, but don't worry it will be all right. Your mother must have chickenpox previously. If she is not sure then also post exposure prophylaxis is not recommended. For the time being keep yourself asay from your mom, bear a good quality mask it will prevent any transmission.
Thanks.
