chicken pox, when started to develop has not much of treatment.
Treatment is mostly focused on what trouble is he having with the same.
For itching I advice calamine lotion after bathing with warm saline water 4 times or 2 times daily.
Always hydrate with 2-3 litres of water.
Avoid oily foods.
Always go for porridge and steamed vegetables.
Get rest and sunlight.

Do not worry this is normal. Finding after chickenpox infection so these will automatically faded and if you want to take some treatment then you can take keratinolytic agents for topical application.
