Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. Antifungal tablets can be prescribed for 1 or 2 months depending on the severity of the fungal rash. The cream has to be applied till the rash completely disappears and for a week more.
