If chicken pox is confirmed by a clinician, you should have lot of fluid intake. Maintain good personal hygiene by regular bath etc. Avoid direct contact with people because it spreads to others who had no chicken pox anytime in the past or have not received its vaccine. Since chicken pox is likely to be severe and troublesome when occurred in adulthood it is better to consult a physician for proper medication like a course of antiviral medications and tablets for prevalent complaints.

Hi,
chicken pox, when started to develop has not much of treatment.
Treatment is mostly focused on what trouble is he having with the same.
For itching I advice calamine lotion after bathing with warm saline water 4 times or 2 times daily.
Always hydrate with 2-3 litres of water.
Avoid oily foods.
Always go for porridge and steamed vegetables.
Get rest and sunlight.
I hope this helps.
Thankyou.
