Hello ,
Usually last tooth in the jaw hardly used in chewing. My advice for you is to go ahead with Root canal treatment and Crown, if the tooth is slightly broken and is in correct position in mouth or go ahead with removal if it is broken massively/fractured or mal-aligned.
Thank you

Smoking accelerates the skin's aging process, causing wrinkles. One reason for this is nicotine. Reduced blood flow and exposure to tar and nicotine can also cause the melanin in your lips and gums to darken. Lemon juice has bleaching properties which help to regulate the melanin production in the skin. Let's discuss your problem in detail for better advice.

Distract yourself. Do the dishes, turn on the tv, take a shower, or call a friend. The activity doesn’t matter as long as it gets your mind off smoking.
Remind yourself why you quit. Focus on your reasons for quitting, including the health benefits (lowering your risk for heart disease and lung cancer, for example), improved appearance, money you’re saving, and enhanced self-esteem.
Get out of a tempting situation. Where you are or what you’re doing may be triggering the craving. If so, ...more
