It is possible that you are having retracted ear drum due to blockage of the eustachian tube. Or there may be ear wax impaction or there may be fungal infection of your external ear. See an ent specialist to assess the real reason and get treated. Incidentally, too much use of head phones with loud pitch may damage your hearing apparatus, so use minimally and at lower volume.

Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily.
Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.
Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked.
Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day.
Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

Regular consumption of spicy food can cause ulcer. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. Your problem OSMF has gone beyond conservative treatments like antioxidants, mouth exercises and plecetrex injections. A normal surgery may lead to scarring and relapse of the condition.
