First of all when any person gets addicted to these kind of habits, they can not quit easily as much as they got addicted. There will power, self motivation, consciousness of health, awareness of health dissorders play important role than using any medications. Mediacation will help 25% only. But rest of result depends on your committment, will power, obstinacy. No medicnes will do wonder. Even temporarily, if you developed some aversion also, you may get again the desire. Gradually.
