Chemotherapy in stage 4 is as such not intended to be curative, its just palliative to relieve symptoms and prolong some life. If you have opted not to receive chemotherapy after understanding all its pros and cons then its your wish which matters the most. You may still receive other palliative treatments required to relieve you of your sufferings due to disease.

Stomach cancers give best results when treated with a combination of chemotherapy and surgery. If its stage 1 or 2, upfront surgery is best followed by further treatment based on the pathology report. If its stage 3, it needs chemotherapy followed by surgery. You can put the details of the reports here so that we can elaborate on the management plan.

Hello,
firstly let me applaud you for being so brave and fighting the cancer and secondly for being daring enough to hit the gym. That apart are you on any pills or are you taking any protein supplements or any herbal powders for weight loss, if yes, I think you shud stop them and consult a nutritionist who wud be able to give you the best advise on diet! diet and exercise complement each other.

Hi. You should eat healthy balanced food. Eat whole foods, whole wheat. Cook the vegetables well. Avoid raw vegetable as you are on chemotherapy as well. Keep your immunity well by eating food rich in antioxidants. Eat fruits and berries.
You have to be patient. Just one chemotherapy will not give you magical results.
All the best.

Dear,
chemotherapy is oral as well as intravenous. It is the administration of single or multiple drugs by i/v infusion or sometimes by oral route. You need to have premedication before starting chemotherapy.
