Molars are the main tooth by which you eat. So if you will remove your second molars you will have difficulty in eating and if you r planning for braces then your dentist will remove your premolar not molar and load of braces will be withstand by your molars only. So I suggest you can go for implants for replacement of 2nd molars and it will not effect your braces treatmwnt as well. As if you dealyed implants after your braces your upper molar can have extrusion and cause loosening of your teeth...more

Veneers are used for the front of your surface to enhance esthetics of your teeth. They are made of ceramic which is known for its high wear resistance, it has a wear resistance more than your natural teeth. I dnt know if anyone can give a veneer layer in the back of the teeth but even if they do it will damage your lower teeth by wearing them of at much higher rate. Hence I would sugesst you to get a good composite restoration which if done properly does not gives off easily.
