Hello sir, pls visit to your dentist regularly ,so early tooth decay can be treated as soon as possible and prevention of further decay can begin. Tooth decay is much easier and cheaper to treat in its early stages. Any other query pls consult me online.

Hi, if the x-ray shows that a permanent canine is present in the jaw, then if it is in a suitable position, it can be pulled by braces into its normal position, but if it is in a position that it cannot be retrieved back in the correct position, then you may have to go for a surgical extraction.

Hi, I will suggest you get an x-ray done as tooth decay is to be restored by either filling or RCT depending upon the level of decay. If the nerves are exposed then rct otherwise filling can be done. Xray would reveal this, as no medication would be effective without proper treatment.

It might be dental caries, kindly visit your nearest dental clinic so that the dentist can check and do the necessary treatment. Extent of caries depends on treatment like filling or rct (root canal treatment) or extraction.
