Frankly speaking no medicine will decrease the breast size. You can try some physical exercise to reduce the fat over it so it looks smaller. Go for surgery if it irritates you without any hesitation.

You can reduce your belly fat by diet and exercise. Avoid intake of green leafy vegetable like spinach, pea, beans etc. Avoid oily, junk, fatty food. Your boobs can be due to fat or due to hormonal imbalance. Just get yourself tested for the same. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min.

At present there is no cure for any of the mucopolysaccharide diseases.Enzyme replacement therapy (ERT)has been approved by the FDA for several of the MPS diseases, but ERT has not been shown to be effective in MPS III.
