At least a gap of two years is advisable between two pregnancy, 3 years is more preferable... as your age is 25 there is still time... as you need to recover from the stress of the previous pregnancy...and you also need to feed your baby...

the decision depends on position and lie of child at term and also if the uterine scar thickness is more than 3mm , then a trial of labour can be offered to the mother.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Use no pillow under the head.
Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10
paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take
do not ignore it.
It may have to be further investigated.
It could be beginning of a serious problem.
