Just with scar thickness alone you cannot decide on the delivery time.Since 37 weeks will be completed by 25 th August may be your doctor has decided for surgery if she has already decided the mode of delivery as LSCS.

Hello. See hernia will appear like a bulge over the scar or at it's end. It becomes prominent on standing, walking, cough and sneezing. The bulge disappear on lying down. It's better to consult a surgeon and get an ultrasound done to confirm.

Ideally after 2 previous cesarean sections your chances to get a normal delivery are very less and also you should not be going for a normal delivery. Reason being you will have a weak previous scar and chances of getting normal pains for delivery will be dangerous. So go in for a planned ceasean along with tubal ligation.

No need to do any special check up.
If all routine reports and vaccinations and supplements implemented prior to planning pregnancy- go ahead and plan pregnancy if all these not done meet gynecologist.
You can not do anything except routine care required to any woman for avoiding caesarean and having normal delivery.
In trying to have vaginal delivery you have to accept small risk of rupture of scar- understand from your obstetrician.

Yes, it is possible but success depends on tubal condition and Surgery. No one can say no risk as one surgery for reversal and one more Caesarean both have risks. Maximum you can reduce risk of reversal surgery by opting for IVF (test tube baby- Costly and and if does not succeed in first trial you pay again)

A Cesarean delivery is much more safer than a normal delivery for twin pregnancy. Although the lady remains awake she will not feel any pain during the surgery. She might feel slightly dizzy from the anesthesia.
