Hello-
you might be having a retractile testicle. Testicle that moves back and forth between the groin and the scrotum (the sac underneath the penis) is known as retractile testicle. Just like other body parts it is not necessary that you are testis have to be in total symmetry. Its a usual phenomena to have slight variation in size of testis. This will never interfere in your physical examination. Good luck.

an epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own.
