Yes sir for your pain in the neck it is advisable to undergo physiotherapy immediately. Respected Lybrate user. After cervical spondylosis there might be small muscle weakness and small nerve sensations are there but don't feel worry because it may present for few days. So take some precautions and some ex's / activities for complete resolving. Again consult your doctor.
