Orthopedic Doctor advised her painkiller and muscle relaxation tablets twice a day. It is due to cervical problem. She is working woman and doing sitting job from 9 to 5 pm. Her pain can be due to poor posture while working leading to stress on various joints of body and causing pain, if you start general strengthening exercise and consult an ergonomist will help you resolve pain for ling term, if you only start strengthening exercise and do not correct her posture while working may help temporarily but pain will comeback.

1 months back my father had a fracture in Left hand wrist and had plaster. After few days of plaster, in morning he suffered with vertigo, suddenly high BP and vomiting started. We went to nearby clinic, doctor prescribed stemetil, vertiford, onmed md tab, after these medicines he vomited but soon he got well. But in-between of 3-4 days same episodes of high BP, vertigo and vomiting occurs. He doesn't have history of cervical, but because of plaster band may be some nerve is being pressed on shoulder neck this problem is happening. Why these episodes occur? May be chances of cervical problem? Please help my father.
