Hello lybrate-user
your age and occupation profile points towards a mechanical problem of posture and muscle weakness.
Medicines as in pain killers are no solution to the problem, however nutritional deficiencies need to be tackled tactfully by a professional.
Mainstay of your treatment would be correct muscle strengthening exercises and correct posture.

Improve muscle tone/strength by having daily morning walk and/or Yoga. If you are not in the habit of having regular walk and now if you start it will be painful all over body but still you persist and the pains will subside gradually. as you are diabetic you need to take vitamin B regularly, if you are already taking, continue to take the same. apart from medicines advised by your regular doctors the above will be ideal way for getting relief.
