D & C is minimum, ideally Hysteroscopy should be done at same time

Septoplasty is done if you have blocking of the nose. For nasal polyps if they are small a steroid nasal spray should work but if they are multiple ones surgery is the only treatment. Polyps are on account of an allergy. They arise from the sinuses. Consult an ENT surgeon asap.

Fibroid or polyp can develop in any uterus. There are some factors which augment the development of fibroids but it can be seen in a virgin uterus. The chance of it becoming cancerous is remote. Since its (polyp) more then 5 mm, better to get removed surgically, ayurveda have medicines and panchkarma treatment too for it but it take long to get visible result. Since that place rt upper side below rib cage is site of gall bladder it pushes liver so you experience pain in that perticular area.
