Yes it is possible and 13 mm is normal not high but I suggest that you get treated for polyp first and then try for a baby by taking tablet like fertomid. Presence of pregnancy along with polyp does increase chances of a miscarriage.

If she is menopausal and having bleeding it requires tests. She must undergo pelvic ultrasound scan and endometrial biopsy. There is a risk of cancer. If she is in menstruating age group the it could be what is called DUB. This also needs scan.
