You need to take steroid nasal spray and antihistaminics along with that steam inhalation twice a day. Regular endoscopic suction cleaning is key to success of this type of operation.

If you have polyps treatment depends on what type of polyps they are. Polyps causing sinus will be relieved once you treat polyps. See ent soon.

Yes this is related as the opening of ear in the nose at the last end, there if any polyp grows than this will close the end, and ears get blocked, in this you need to get tympanometry done this will help us to know where the nose has landed.

Surgery (fess i. E functional endoscopic sinus surgery) in expert hands is best treatment for nasal polyps. If postop care and precautions are taken chances of recurrence are very less. If surgery is delayed chances of disease progression are there. If you have ct scan report send to me so that I can give you proper advise.

It depends on extension of disease that can be assessed by ct scan. If disease is limited it can be treated by medication and nasal spray otherwise surgery (fess i. E functional endoscopic sinus surgery) is preferred choice for nasal polyps with less chance of recurrence if done properly and using latest instruments like microdebrider.
