the first step would be not to panic:) it would be advisable to get a usg (sonography) of the pelvis done.
Also, check your fsh, lh and prolactin levels. Once you know the underlying issue, treatment can be advised.

Your periods are not regular so you may not be ovulating regularly, you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone.
