Dear doctor, my wife aged 47 years is suffering from multiple uterine fibroids and pelvic scan done on 3rd september, 2021 shows: uterus: bulky 13.5 x 8 cm with 6.8 mm endometrial thickness, multiple fibroids 5.4 x 5.6 and another 6.8 x 6 cm. Urinary bladder: normal. Ovaries: normal ro 3.9 cm lo 4.5 cm. Adnexa: normal for last 1 year, periods are abnormal and sometimes bleed heavily for 3 to 4 days. And this period, she is bleeding for 3-4 days but no abdominal pain this time. During abdominal pain during periods, she used to take drotin-m and calpol for last 9 to 10 years. Hello, yes the pain and heavy bleeding is most likely because of the fibroids. However following menopause fibroids usually shrink and stop producing these symptoms. Since your wife is already 47 years old. My advice is to manage the symptoms with medications for as long as possible. If not subsiding then need to consider surgery

I did ultra sound yesterday all report is normal. Did chest xray report is normal. Did endoscopy :- impression:- la grade a esophagitis lax ge junction mild antral hyperemia my question:- is it something serious? And should I go for fibroscan liver?

Yes only such treatment shrink but it is not permanent effect and you can not take for long time.
Depending on age of patient, complaints, location of fibroid and patient's needs of future treatment is decided.

1) dizziness is not related to myoma
2) myoma is benign (not worrisome) tumor in uterus. 3) what to do depends on complaints, size, location etc. So consult gynecologist.

I am a 32 year old female. I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in November had one of my tubes removed. I have been getting morning sickness for past week from about 7 to 10 am every morning i'm getting headaches back pain. Sensitive breasts and like a snotty discharge for last week then one day or two days during that week bloody discharge. I am thought maybe i'm pregnant again so I did a pregnancy test last friday and I did a pregnancy yesterday both are negative. What else could it be if i'm not pregnant please help.

Ifthe urine pregnancy test is negative, there is nothing to worry. Hormonal imbalance could be the cause of blood stained discharge. Premenstrual tension produces sore breast too.
