I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
You may experience some normal spotting within the first six to 12 days after you conceive as the fertilized egg implants itself in the lining of the uterus. Some women don't realize they are pregnant because they mistake this bleeding for a light period.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello lybrate-user as your dand c shows hyperlastic changes without atypia you can go for mirena ,but with mirena you need proper follow up after every 6 months for next 5 years once your menopause comes your hyperplasia will get settle, or you may get heavy bleeding as a complication also that depends from patient to patient, and if you go for uterus removal your follow up would be less and long term complications are minimal. Decision depends on you as how compliant you are.

If it's more than 5 cm then go for surgery otherwise if it's lower than this then go for proper homeopathic treatment.
