Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting. Bleeding after methotrexate for withdrawal is not absolutely necessary but you should correlate with your beta hcg once the beta hcg levels drop down you will get your period automatically.

Hello, you can opt for progesterone only pills to stop your menses and stopping menses would take you to nearing menopause and would also halt the fibroid growth.

Usg abdomen and pelvis liver-normal in size (13. 3 cm), shape and echotexture. No evidence of focal lesions. No intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation. Portal vein and hepatic veins are normal. Gallbladder distended. Normal wall thickness. No e/ o calculus/ mass to the extent visualized. No pericholecystic collection. Cbd not dilated. Pancreas-head, body and tail shows normal size and uniform echotexture. Pancreatic duct not dilated spleen-normal in size (9.4 cm). Uniform echotexture. No focal lesions, paraaortic area free. Kidneys-right kidney measures 10.7 x 4.4 cm. Left kidney measures 10.4 x 5.1 cm. Normal cortical and sinus echoes. Corticomedullary differentiation intact. No internal echoes. No pelvicalyceal system dilatation urinary bladder-distended. Normal wall thickness. No internal echoes. Prostate-normal size (vol. 12. 3 cc). Uniform echotexture. No free fluid with in the peritoneal cavity. Rif:-mild probe tenderness noted over the appendix which measures 5.8 mm (borderline diameter). Rest of the bowel loops appears normal. Impression- > features s/ o subacute appendicitis. The above given is my scanning report, please let me know, is there any serious problem to my kidney or my appendix. Please tell a treatment for me. Thank you.

Kidneys are normal. However to say there is appendicitis one of the criteria is pain when pressing with the probe. The other is thickening of appendix. You are having a possibility of appendix. Better to do blood tests and repeat the scan. If any more thickening can be taken as appendiciits.
