U can do the following exercises for neck pain
a person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis/ neck pain with a few simple neck exercises.
1. Neck stretchkeep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.Return your head to its center position.
Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds.
Carry out 5 repetitions.

Since you are in pain no doctor will dismiss you.
Steroids are not the solution for your pain and short-term popping in of steroids will not give you any pain relief,
you have to be on alternative form of treatment like physio, local modalities, mild pain killers etc ,after a detailed evaluation of your cervical spine mri and if needed immobilisation with collar. Since you are only 30 years degenerative changes are unlikely to be cause of your pain please consult an ortho or pain spe...more
