I am sorry to hear that you are still suffering. The cervical spinal problem can be discussed with neurosurgeon. There is no specific curative therapy for knee degenrative changes escept hot fomentation, analgesia and avoidance of excessive knee bending and maintaining a healthy body weight. However, there are some antispasmodics that can reduce muscle spasm.

So please concentrate on your "scoliosis" in some cases. Due to musculoskeletal. Abnormality. Also more pressure on your chest. So don't be fear. And don't be neglect. Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.

It is possible to correc the scoiiosis if the curvature is less than 30 degree, how intense correction exercises has to be done on an average time of 1 hour per day for next 3 years time and also proper corrective brace should be used to correct the curvature.
