Wysolone only if other pain killers do not work. You may consult rheumatologist/orthopaedic surgeon. He will prescribe you pain killers which are effective on severe pain. Hot fomentation and some breathing exercises and exercises can work. You cannot get permanent pain relief from medicines. You have to take medicines for continuously.
