You can go for mirena insertion for the time being.

Hi, cerebral palsy is a sequlae of hypoxic injury to brain .It can not be cured .Generally children with CP need extra care and dependent on their parents .You are advised to go to pediatric rehabilitation centre. Stem cell transplant may have some role in treatment.
