I think you should visit a dentist and get the treatment done. It should be done under the guidance of dentist only. Not at home visits. Its easier set and done. But dentists are the people who can help give you proper results then only relying on companies. For allignment of teeth. Dentist study for more then 10 years. To give thier patients reliable and trustworthy treatment. Kindly visit a dentist nearby and get proper guidance for invisible braces.

Hello a six monthly dental visit is suggested because the dentist can check and let you know if there is any cavity formation happening. This can help you take early action so major cost and loss of tooth material is avoided later. Also a prophylactic teeth cleaning is done.

Hello
this is an extremely difficult question to answer without photographs or a physical visit. The amount of protrusion, flaring, overlap of teeth etc need to be measured and this decides if only orthodontic treatment will help or will surgical correction be required. Please contact your nearest orthodontist.

No doctor will ever recommend that you resume smoking, neither will i.
As far as strength of zirconia crown goes, if done properly and attached properly, it is one the strongest material to be used as crown. It will not be affected by normal food articles encountered in day to day life. Do not bite on non food items, the crown may crack.

Hi,
the reason for your yellow teeth can be deposits on the teeth for which you should get scaling (teeth cleaning) done by a dentist. If the stains are intrinsic then you might have to go for bleaching.
If you can send me a pic of your teeth I can advise you which procedure would be more appropriate for you.
