life span depends on how you handle your oral cavity. people are happy with same old crown and bridge even after 20 years also but some patients required retreatment in 5 or 10 years.

If you do ... The tooth is already cut... And there might be more problems like food lodgement bad odur senstivity ... Etc on teeth ..don't do that .. kindly get the work completed

Both are equally effective rather the metallic brackets are more effective in correction of your occlusion. But your orthodontist knows better because he has personally examined your case. If you want a second opinion visit another orthodontist in new delhi. Without checking your occlusion or x rays its not possible to comment on your case.

There is difference.in the whole apparatus. Only.the mechanism of working is different. Which only dentist can understand. You can decide what you want. End result should be satisfactory. N you should be happy. More then anything else.

For front teeth it is better to go for full ceramic caps as metal would cause staining and also it refracts the light and the metal portion seems darker in light and it becomes easy to ascertain that it is a fake tooth. Ask your dentist about ultra translucent crowns. They’re slightly expensive but the best solution for front teeth.
