Just go for routine blood investigation, checknif there is any infection & also do one colour dopler of legs, if find positive, then treatment would be planned accordingly.

Cellulitis of both legs sould be treated effectively, for that srict blood sugar control is essential. Though augmentin and t-bact are very effective in such situations. You should consult a general surgeon if it is not responding to your treatment.
