avoid oily, spicy food
take food with fibers
if constipation is severe you can take syrup diphalac 15 ml with warm water every morning.

The result is a sac that forms in the abdominal wall. You may or may not see a bulge at this point. As more abdominal contents push into the sac, a bulge will appear.

Most patients with umbilical hernias first notice a belly button bulge or discomfort. Over time these hernias can get larger and more uncomfortable as the hernia sac gets pushed out from inside the abdomen. pan done on empty stomach for ten days. ulgel liquid 10 ML without water three times a day after food for two weeks. hard stool may cause blood in stool.
loose LIQ10 ml at night after dinner for normal stool. 2-5-days .
anovate oint locally apply by index finger on butthole than push gentaly insidea n rotate finger so OINT cover anal mucosa. so blood stops.
