If it is severe and bleeding along with odor then probably you need a physician examination. In addition to a general physical examination and a digital rectal examination, you may need rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon examination, blood test, or evaluation of anal sphincter muscle function.

It is tested for celiac disease.
It makes the person intolerant to gluten.
It cannot be treated by food diet neither allopathic treatment helps.
Better solution is homoeopathic medicine.

the information you gave can give little idea but you need to work with therapist for best possible result.
You have mentioned the history of depression. This can effect body in many ways but I suspect two issues

Hi, besides lactose intoleranca it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis/hepatitis or irritable bowel disease
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done
4. Avoid fatty, oily meals
5. No fast food, no momos and samosas
6. No tea and coffee
7. Lots of water
8. Walk after meals
9. Eat less at nights
10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking

Mr. lybrate-user if biopsy of intestine shows celiac disease then consult local gastrointestinal surgeon and take vitamin supplementation which are deficient avoid gluten containing substances e.g. Wheat, oats,barly rye etc. Medicine containing gluten.

Try these simple home remedies for gastritis. 1. You can boil 2 cups of water with 4 teaspoons of carom seeds until the water reduces by half. Strain the mixture and drink ½ cup of it 2 times a day. This helps to reduce gastritis.
