Lactose intolerance does not call for avoiding curd or buttermilk.
They can be had.
You can replace milk with soy or almond milk.
Also, more than often after a period of time you can take about a cup or so of milk in distributed amounts in custards or phirnis etc and it won't cause much irritation.
If even cutd seems to cause discomfort you can add probiotics through fermented foods sprouts or probiotic supplements available in the pharmacy.

If it is severe and bleeding along with odor then probably you need a physician examination. In addition to a general physical examination and a digital rectal examination, you may need rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon examination, blood test, or evaluation of anal sphincter muscle function.
We need to discuss it further to know your prolonged constipation history.

It cannot be treated by food diet neither allopathic treatment helps.
Better solution is homoeopathic medicine.
