Crp is an inflammatory marker. If its high then that means there is more inflammation there. So its difficult to predict whether ot will icrease after 10 days or not. But usually it is seen that it subsides after 10 days.

Self isolate yourself. If symptoms developed thn do rtpcr, if not thn do rat atleast 4 days after your exposure.

Keep your body temperature less than 100 deg Fahrenheit with Paracetamol. Daily take multivitamin tablet or capsule once or twice. Take Limcee (chewable vit. c tablet) once or twice daily. Vitamin D3 capsule once in a week. Check your pulse and oxygen saturalion with pulse oximeter daily. Oxygen saturation should not fall below 90% and should preferably remain above 94%.
