You can safely go for phaco-emulsification with foldable lens, after control of blood sugar you will have to take clearance from cardiologist & few days before surgery you will have to stop taking aspirin. You should get operated where there is facility for cardiac monitoring in operation theatre must be attended by cardiologist during surgery, with regards.
