मेरे मन में नकारात्मक विचार आते रहता है। पेंट में गैस बहुत बनता है साथ ही कभी कब्ज तो कभी लुज मोशन का शिकायत रहता है।रात में गहरी नींद नहीं आती हैं।4-5 साल पहले amixide h और schizonil h खाता था, । अभी 10 दिन से. Placida ले रहा हूं लेकिन पुरा ठीक नहीं हूं। क्या यह दवा ठीक है या इसके साथ कुछ और दवा लूं। उम्र-43 वज़न-59 kg. Blood pressure_110/70.

My mother is 52 years old, she is taking fluoxetine (1) in morning and t.clomipramine (1) + fluvoxamine (1)+ lonazep 0.5 (1) at night, since 2 months, she still has disturbing thoughts, some days she think she has improved, the next day she is back to obsessive thinking, her mood is good only once or twice a week. Lately she stopped taking the lonazep 0.5 (1) in the night because her sleep has improved. But, now from some days she is having nightmares and she wakes up in the middle of the night scarred and shivering and it takes us an hour to calm her and put her to sleep. What could be the reason for this new development? Can someone explain?

While I understand what may have led to the decision of quitting lonazep 0.5, but it is a psychiatric medication and the regimen is extremely important there.
