himalaya bael once daily for digestion
nestle resource diabetic for any neuropathic pain.
Also do weekly lemongrass + lemon + honey in warm water. Practice diaphragmatic breathing for 15 minutes daily
avoid nuts, seeds, dry fruits, soya, peanut butter etc as it contain phytic acid which is antinutrients in nature, which deplete our calcium reserves thereby causing weakness and pain....more

We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
