1.resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. If there are acute symptoms of RA like pain,swelling in the joints then limit carbohydrates(wheat,bread etc) and eat more of fruits and vegetables.Also take physiotherapy treatment to keep the joints mobile by exercising to maintain the range of motion.Can take heat/cold treatment as advised by the therapists.Also take omega 3 either in the form of supplements or fatty fish.
