Neurobion forte is a good vitamin b complex tablet. In subjects with diabetes, there is a tendency for vitamin b12 deficiency and the associated problems with it. It's advisable to be on regular vitamin b complex tablets on the recommended doses. This would help to prevent neuropathy (nerve damage) in the long run.

1. For your dq's, you can get operated and tendons can be released instantly. It's a short procedure, not so costly and very effective.
2. For your forefinger pain, I think carpal tunnel syndrome could be the cause. Get your never conduction velocity and electromyography of that upper limb done.
3. Also get yourself checked for diabetes and thyroid, uric acid, rheumatoid arthritis
4. Osteoarthritis is not common in young individuals except post trauma.

The recovery from carpal tunnel surgery takes time – anywhere from several weeks to several months. If the nerve has been compressed for a long period of time, recovery may take even longer. Recovery involves splinting your wrist and getting physical therapy to strengthen and heal the wrist and hand.
